Upset of the day, if you can consider it an upset, was Won’t Get Fooled Again (13 seed) taking down Break On Through (4 seed), 143.7-139.7. No more hello, I love you’s for The Doors- they take a surprising tournament exit in the 2nd round.

Beat It got the high score for the day with 145.15 points over Paper Planes’ 122.8.

We Didn’t Start The Fire talked fast, lived hard, and sent Maggie May out of the tournament, 143.85-134.65.

Finally, Here Comes The Sun beat up on Barry White, 141.95-118.7. I should note that whereas the other three match-ups had 18 voters, this one only had 17 because Danno didn’t submit votes for these guys in his comment. So really, Here Comes The Sun probably would have been the high scorer.

Annnnd all four losers are out. M.I.A. The Doors (0-2 in 256). Rod Stewart. And Barry White. Quite the quartet pushing through the exit doors at the same time, but the show goes on.
