Quite a few of these songs weren’t as good on this listen as I’d remembered them, including the Gambler, California Girls, Captain Jack, Modern Love, and Back on the Chain Gang. Fond memories don’t always translate into a good listen right now…
The only one that really got me was Galileo. My wife introduced me to the Indigo Girls a couple years ago, and from the first listen I’ve just been blown away by the depth of their lyrics and their fantastic instrumentals. This is probably their best song too. Great refrain, interesting topic, vocal harmonies that make me feel really good inside…

Galileo is one of those songs that the indie girls used to tell me to try out, but I didn’t until it was too late to be hip. Norweigan Wood, love the melody of the verses, but you lose me in the chorus.
